Please inform the venue that a Freemans Beauty Voucher is being used when booking the treatment. Pre-booking is essential.
Please ensure you present your Voucher at your chosen venue on the day of your visit. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full price of the session. Participating venues reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. public holidays). Some participating venues have restricted times on the availability of the offer - customers are recommended to call in advance to check.

Any additional customers accompanying you will be required to pay the full price of any treatment. Any future bookings made by you, or any additional treatments that you request over and above the one specifically covered by the Voucher, whether as part of your initial booking or as part of future bookings, will be charged in accordance with your selected venue's standard pricing.

The Voucher may only be used once. Defaced, photocopied, faxed or fraudulently obtained vouchers will not be valid.
You must abide by your chosen venue's normal conditions of treatment and your chosen venue has the right to refuse use and/or entry to persons not abiding by these conditions. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can be held responsible for any venue that refuses treatment and/or entry to the venue to any person that fails to abide by such conditions.
Any dispute concerning your chosen venue's own conditions of treatment must be settled directly with the venue concerned.
The Promoter, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the treatments offered by your chosen venue and cannot be held responsible for any resulting disagreements. Liability is not accepted for any personal loss (including but not limited to wasted expenditure), resulting from your booked treatment, caused by matters beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers. Again please contact your chosen venue to confirm continual availability of the offer.
In the event that the offer you have selected becomes unavailable, you will be asked to select one of the alternative offers listed within the promotion.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer nor can it be used against bookings previously made.
The offer is open to all UK residents except employees of the promoter, their families or anyone associated with the offer.
The Voucher is not transferable.
